  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services:

  • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, state, or international laws.
  • To upload, transmit, or process harmful code, malware, or illegal content.
  • To reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying proprietary AI models except where permitted by law.
  • To exceed API limits or attempt unauthorized access to system infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including software, algorithms, brand logos, website design, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Solo Vault AI, Inc. Your access grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

6. Payment & Billing

If you purchase paid subscriptions or services:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as per your selected billing cycle.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in a separate enterprise master service agreement (MSA).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solo Vault AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
